Equilibrium Collection 6点セット ナイフブロックセット

The ice-hardened steel on this set takes an edge beautifully—my 20cm chef's knife glides through tomatoes without bruising them. The block itself is compact enough to fit under my cabinets, and every blade sits snug in its slot.

I was pleasantly surprised by how well-balanced the chef's knife feels in hand—it makes chopping vegetables effortless. The ice-hardened blades have held their edge perfectly after several weeks of daily use.

The bread knife sliced through a crusty sourdough without crushing it, which is exactly what I needed. The handles could be a bit more ergonomic for longer prep sessions, but overall a solid set for the price.
