Equilibrium Collection 6点セット ナイフブロックセット

The balance on the chef’s knife is spot on, and the ice-hardened steel has held its edge through a week of heavy prep without needing a single sharpen. Even the bread knife slices through crusty loaves without crushing them, which is more than I can say for my old set.

The bread knife sliced through a crusty sourdough loaf with barely any effort, which was a nice surprise. I’ve been using the paring knife daily for fruit and veg prep, and it holds its edge really well. For the price, this set feels solid and well-balanced.

The chef's knife in this set is incredibly well-balanced and has stayed sharp through a month of daily use. The block itself is sleek and takes up very little counter space, which I really appreciate.
