Equilibrium Collection 9点セット ナイフブロックセット

The 20cm bread knife handles a crusty sourdough loaf with zero effort, which alone makes it worth the buy. The chef's knife feels nicely balanced in hand too.

I've had this set for a few weeks now and the 20cm chef's knife handles everything from chopping onions to slicing chicken without any struggle. The santoku knife is also a nice surprise, feels perfectly balanced in hand for everyday prep work.

The seven knives cover every task I reach for, and the block looks neat on the counter, but the 20cm chef's knife arrived a bit duller than I'd hoped. Feels fine in the hand once I gave it a few passes on a steel, just not the out-of-box sharpness you'd expect at this price.
