The smooth rounded edges on these handles make them surprisingly comfortable for extended use. Even with a tight grip, the tapered middle keeps the knife balanced and easy to maneuver.

Cut through a loaf of sourdough with almost no pressure thanks to those serrated edges, and the teardrop handles feel perfectly balanced in my hand. The smooth rounded taper makes them comfortable for longer carving sessions, and they’ve held up great after a month of daily use.

The serrated edges do a decent job on tomatoes and cooked meat, but I found the handles a bit slick when my hands were wet. They feel well-made for the price, though I wish the taper was more pronounced for a firmer grip.
