Equilibrium Collection 16.5cm Vegetable Knife

The straight blade glides through a pile of onions like nothing else I’ve owned, and the 16.5cm length feels perfectly balanced for precise cuts. I was worried it’d be awkward, but it’s become my go-to for prepping veggies every night.

The blade is so straight it feels like it glides through tomatoes without squashing them, which is exactly what I wanted for daily prep. It’s not a cleaver, but for chopping veg it does the job cleanly and feels nicely balanced in hand.

Was a bit unsure about the straight blade at first, but it actually makes slicing carrots and celery incredibly precise. It's definitely not a cleaver though, so don't try to hack through anything thick with it. Great everyday knife for prep work.
