Commichef 豪華漏勺（長柄）

The cool touch handle really makes a difference when I'm skimming hot pots—no more burning my fingers. This skimmer feels solid in hand, and the fact that it's dishwasher safe saves me time after cooking. So glad I finally upgraded to a stainless steel option.

Finally, a skimmer with a handle that actually stays cool while I’m working over a hot pot. The stainless steel feels really solid, and the hanging loop makes storage simple.

The hanging loop is convenient for keeping it within reach, though the skimmer head could be a bit larger for bigger pots. Still, it's solidly made and cleans up perfectly in the dishwasher.
