The knife doesn’t dull against it at all, which is rare for a board this size, and the heat resistance means I can rest a hot pan right on it without stressing. It’s heavy enough to stay put while I chop, but still easy to lift with one hand when I’m wiping it down.

Got this for weekend cheese spreads and it’s held up well through a few washes too. The 2cm thickness gives it a nice sturdy feel, and I appreciate that it’s heat resistant so I don’t stress about setting a warm dish down. Only wish it came with a handle, but that’s a minor thing.
