The long handle keeps my hands well away from the hot pot, and the stainless steel head mashed a whole batch of carrots in under a minute. Cleanup was just a quick rinse, no scrubbing needed.

Last night's batch of boiled potatoes broke down in about four strokes, and the cool-touch handle stayed comfortable even after sitting in the hot pot. The long handle gives me plenty of leverage, and the whole thing just went straight into the dishwasher without a second thought.

I was worried the metal might feel flimsy, but the stainless steel is really solid and the long handle gives great leverage for mashing potatoes. Cleanup was a breeze in the dishwasher too, which is a nice bonus.
