سكين الحلوى شيف

It arrived perfectly balanced in my hand, and the mirror finish is so reflective it looks like a piece of art. I was honestly surprised how substantial the 18/10 stainless steel feels—definitely a step up from my old knives.

The 3.5mm gauge gives it a really solid, substantial feel in hand—not flimsy at all. I’ve used it for everything from cheese to carving a roast, and the mirror polish still looks brand new after a week of washing.

That mirror finish is absolutely stunning, it catches the light beautifully. The knife has a nice, solid weight in the hand at 3.5mm thick, making it feel much more premium than my old set.
