Equilibrium Collection 2 Piece Carving Set

The 20cm carving knife glides through a roast like it’s butter, and the balance feels spot-on in my hand. I hosted a big family dinner last weekend and this set made slicing the beef effortless. Definitely worth it for anyone who does a lot of entertaining.

I've been using this carving set for Sunday roasts, and the 20cm blade glides through turkey like butter. The balance is so good my wrist doesn't ache after slicing a whole bird.

Just broke down a whole roast chicken with the 20cm carving knife and it glided through like butter, even around the joints. The balance feels spot-on in my hand, which makes a long carving session at Sunday dinner way less tiring. Exactly what I wanted for hosting.
