RF 9100 Series Paring Knife 9cm

The 9cm blade is surprisingly nimble for precise work like coring tomatoes, and the edge has stayed sharp through a week of daily prep. Feels solid in the hand without being too heavy for smaller tasks.

Got this for my daily veg prep and the 9cm blade is just the right size for shallots and small fruit. It's held its edge well over the last few weeks, though I wish the handle had a bit more grip when my hands are wet. Solid little knife for the price.
