The mirror finish is flawless out of the box and the 18/10 stainless feels incredibly solid in hand. I've used it daily for two weeks and it still looks brand new, no water spots at all.

The 3.5mm gauge gives it a proper heft in the hand—feels far more substantial than the flimsy knives I’ve used before. It’s polished well enough that it looks great on the table, though I do wish it came with a sheath for storage.

The mirror finish is stunning right out of the box, and the 3.5mm gauge gives it a really solid, balanced feel in the hand. I just wish the handle was a tiny bit longer for a more comfortable grip during longer use.
