The 2.5mm gauge gives these forks a satisfying heft that cheaper sets just don't have, and they feel properly substantial in the hand. I've already used them for a few dinner parties and they hold up beautifully in the dishwasher without losing that polished shine.

The mirror finish really pops under my dining room lights, and the weight feels substantial without being clunky. I've been using them daily for a week and they still look like they just came out of the box.
