The 3.5mm gauge gives this fork a really nice heft in hand—feels solid without being heavy. I’ve been using it daily for a week and the polished stainless still looks like new. Exactly the quality I was hoping for.

The mirror finish is flawless and the 18/10 steel feels properly premium—this fork looks like it belongs in a fancy restaurant, not my kitchen drawer. It's a touch heavier than my old cutlery, but that's exactly what makes it feel so solid.

The stainless steel feels really solid and well-balanced—definitely a step up from cheaper sets. My only small gripe is the prongs are a bit short for spearing salad, but for desserts it's perfect.
