مبراة عجلة واحدة، سيراميك

The ceramic wheel glides through the blade at just the right angle, and the single-wheel design makes it foolproof for quick touch-ups. I sharpened three kitchen knives in under five minutes with zero guesswork, and the edge came back noticeably cleaner.

I like how the ceramic wheel leaves a smoother edge than my old metal sharpener. It only takes a few light passes to get kitchen knives cutting clean again. The little rubber base keeps it from sliding around on the counter.

Was a bit skeptical about ceramic sharpeners, but this single wheel model puts a razor edge on my kitchen knives in just a few passes. The wheel itself feels smooth and precise, no wobble at all.
